Since September 2025 Todde Bus has had an operational base in Lainate, on the edge of Milan and a few kilometres from Fiera Milano Rho. Our own vehicles, not subcontracted, drivers who work here every day and a dedicated contact person for requests in Lombardy.
In Milan, group transport has its own rules. Demand comes mainly from trade fairs, congresses, companies and events. Venues are often outside the centre, in Rho, Assago and the industrial areas of Sesto and Segrate, and access to the city depends on Area B and Area C. We have brought here seventy years of experience in Rome and our experience at the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympic Games, where we were an official supplier.
AREA B, AREA C AND TOUR COACHES
Milan regulates vehicle access with two zones: Area B, which covers most of the municipal area, and Area C, the paid congestion charge zone in the centre, with dedicated rules and charges for coaches.
Tour coaches in Milan are subject to dedicated Area C rules and charges, with areas reserved for parking and passenger drop-off.

THE FLEET
The Lainate base works with its own vehicles, all Euro 6: minibuses with up to 27 seats for shuttles and transfers, 36-seat buses for day trips and events in the city, and Gran Turismo coaches with 54 to 56 seats for the lakes, trips to other regions and trade fairs with many guests.
WHEN TO BOOK
Fiera Milano Rho is about 20 km from the Duomo: on a trade fair day the journey takes 40-60 minutes. Malpensa is about 50 km from Milan, and in the morning it takes an hour or more.
PRICES
The price depends on the vehicle, the hours, the kilometres, any Area C access charges and the time of year: in the weeks of the major trade fairs demand rises. The quote is free and in writing, with every item listed before you confirm.

The vehicles at our Milan base are all Euro 6. For Area C, the access charge for coaches, when needed, is shown in the quote.
Yes, but in those weeks vehicles get booked up quickly. For Salone del Mobile, book at least two months ahead.
Yes. We monitor flight times and coordinate the pick-up. If arrivals are far apart, we decide with you whether to run several trips.
For services with international guests, you can ask for an English-speaking driver when you request your quote.
