In Milan the big summer concerts are concentrated in a single district. The Meazza stadium, the Ippodromo SNAI San Siro and the Ippodromo SNAI La Maura racecourses sit side by side, and on event nights the streets around via Harar and via Tesio have closures and controlled access. If you are organising a group for the San Siro concerts in 2027, you need to know where the coach can go and where it cannot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Since September 2025 we have been working in Milan from an operating base in Lainate, north-west of the city, with our own vehicles, all Euro 6. From the same base we run coach and bus hire in Milan<\/a> for all our other services in Lombardy. Here we focus on fan clubs, companies and associations taking a group to a concert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n For concerts the public is asked to use the metro: M5 to San Siro Stadio or M1 to Lotto, with an extra shuttle service from Lampugnano (via Natta) to the corner of via Achille and via Tesio. Every season the city puts in place a mobility plan around the stadium, with roads closed to traffic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n For coaches, the place to know is the via Tesio coach park<\/strong>. For the 2026 concerts at La Maura, Live Nation stated that “affiliated buses may park inside the via Tesio Coach Park area”, a 14-minute walk from the Yellow entrance on via Ippodromo and 25 minutes from the Red PIT entrance at Parco Trenno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The word to note is “affiliated”. For some concerts the area is reserved for bus services operating under an agreement with the organiser. A private coach can find itself with nowhere to park a few metres from the entrance. This is why, before confirming the service, we check the conditions published for that date and, where needed, talk to the organiser about parking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Ippodromo SNAI San Siro hosts summer concerts on an open-air stage. For 2026 Live Nation listed the Lotto (M1) and Lotto\/Segesta (M5) stops, the bookable Mi Stadio car park and the Lampugnano park-and-ride, about 2 km on foot from the entrance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Those 2 km say a lot. A group that gets off the coach far from the entrance has to walk, and on the way out has to find the vehicle again among thousands of people heading the same way. The meeting point must be decided in advance, with a precise name, and told to everyone while they are still on board.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Something else to know: at the end of stadium concerts, according to the 2026 guidance, the San Siro Ippodromo and Segesta stops stay closed. Anyone planning to go back by metro ends up queuing at Lotto or San Siro Stadio. For a group, a coach waiting for them is the simplest way to avoid that queue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Unipol Forum is in Assago, just outside the Milan city boundary. For a group coming from the western province or from outside the region it is convenient, because you do not cross the city. Coach parking rules change from event to event, and we check them with the venue operator before setting times and the drop-off point.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Unipol Dome in Santa Giulia, the arena built for the Olympics, has stricter rules. The city’s 2026 mobility plan sets out a red zone that only people with a ticket and a booked parking space can enter, and a yellow zone open to, among others, taxis and hire-with-driver vehicles<\/a> in categories M1 and M2, meaning cars and minibuses. Coaches are not included. For a group of 15-20 people, then, a minibus with driver in Milan<\/a> can get closer than a Gran Turismo coach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Outside concerts, tour bus parking in Milan follows the general rules on coach parking, Area B and Area C<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n For a group leaving from Varese, Bergamo or Novara, a concert night lasts from early afternoon until the small hours. The coach arrives, waits and leaves again at the end of the show. We run late-night returns regularly, public holidays included, but the overall length of the day matters: the law sets how many hours a driver can drive<\/a>, and on long returns we arrange driving shifts within these limits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n With several pick-up points (two or three towns along the same route) we plan the round on the way out and the same round in reverse on the way back. Tell us in your request, because it changes the departure times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Companies taking clients to a concert or a match often combine dinner and the show. The dedicated vehicle takes the group from the office or hotel to the restaurant, then to the event and finally back, with an English-speaking driver if the guests are from abroad. It works the same way as our shuttles for company dinners in Milan<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n For groups of more than 100 people we prepare a plan with pick-up points, times, coordinated vehicles and an operational contact you can reach during the evening. It is the same method we use for events in Milan with hired coaches<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Tell us the date and venue of the concert, the departure points, the number of people (an estimate is fine), the time you want to be at the gates and any stops before or after.
